CCA's Responsibilities -
- To build relationship and community.
- To create and to maintain a safe environment for students to learn, to grow and to develop their academics, interests, talents, and hobbies.
- To protect the privacy of our CCA families and students.
- To offer Home School Legal Defense - HSLDA - for families with students ages 6 years old to 17 years old. HSLDA will help a family with any homeschool legal issues/needs.
- To offer support, guidance, and accountability from CCA Staff, Coordinators, and Team Leaders for parents and students with attendance, lesson plans, report cards, and course descriptions, etc.
- To provide a Library of curriculum and resources and a Learning Differences Library.
- To provide achievement testing for students, 4th grade +, and to provide testing with accommodations.
Parent's and Student's Responsibilities -
- To complete and submit forms, documentation, and reports to CCA as required and by or before deadlines.
- To take responsibility in leading and teaching your students, giving them the best homeschool education including Bible and character education.
- To order and pay for curriculum.
- To attend the CCA Fall Parent Meeting and the Spring Parent Meeting.
- To adhere to the standards and rules in the CCA Policy Manual.
- To pay tuition and school fees on time and to communicate with CCA with any financial difficulties.
- To protect the privacy of CCA staff, families, and students.
- To be prepared and ready to learn in class following CCA teacher's syllabus, policies, rules, and honoring the grades assigned by the teacher.
